Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently offer flat-rate U.S. shipping for $5.95. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Allay Skin Solutions is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has been placed.
Orders returned due to incorrect or insufficient shipping information may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
