At Allay Skin Solutions, your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, please contact us at allayskinsolutions@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at allayskinsolutions@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Items purchased during promotional sales or with discount codes (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
